Terms of Service.

By using Drais you agree to these terms of service and our Privacy Policy. Do not use Drais if you do not agree.

Drais helps cyclists manage bikes, components, maintenance, ride history, gear, costs, community activity, marketplace listings, clubs and group rides. Some features depend on device permissions, connectivity, third-party services or account status.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us at info@drais.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Drais provides tracking, reminders, estimates and organisation tools. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection, manufacturer safety notices, manufacturer guidance, road-safety assessment or local law. You remain responsible for maintaining your bike safely and for deciding whether it is fit to ride.

You can choose to connect third-party services, such as activity platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Drais may discontinue, change or restrict an integration if the provider's API, policies, pricing or availability change.

Strava. Connecting Strava is optional. By connecting Strava you authorize Drais to use the OAuth scopes shown on the consent screen, and you agree that your use of Strava remains subject to the Strava Terms of Service and the Strava Privacy Policy. Drais has no control over Strava: Strava may change, restrict or revoke API access at any time, and you can revoke Drais's access at any time via Strava's app settings. Drais is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Strava, Inc.

If you use community, chat, club, group ride, forum or marketplace features, you agree not to post any illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, unsafe or spam content. Marketplace listings, transactions, sales, meet-ups and rides are between users. Drais may moderate, remove, restrict or report content where necessary to protect users, comply with the law or enforce these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you add to Drais — bike records, photos, service notes, posts, listings and messages. You grant Drais the limited rights needed to host, display, sync, back up, process and administer the service. Do not upload content for which you do not have permission.

Drais may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, billing intervals, trial rules, renewal, cancellation, taxes and refunds are shown before purchase and may also be subject to the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.

Subscription cancellation: You can cancel paid subscriptions at any time. On Android, manage subscriptions via Google Play Store → Settings → Subscriptions → Drais → Manage subscription. On iOS, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Drais → Manage subscription.

You may not abuse Drais, interfere with security or sync systems, scrape the service, reverse-engineer restricted parts of the app, attempt unauthorized access, harass users or use Drais to enable fraud, theft or unsafe activity.

We may improve, update, suspend or discontinue features. Drais is provided with reasonable care and we aim for 99.5% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect synchronisation or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Drais is provided as available and without additional warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from unsafe riding decisions, improper maintenance, user transactions, third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control.

You can stop using Drais and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for other users or use the service unlawfully.
