By using Drais, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Drais.
What Drais provides
Drais helps cyclists manage bikes, components, maintenance, ride history, gear, costs, community activity, marketplace listings, clubs, and group rides. Some features depend on device permissions, connectivity, third‑party services, or account status.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us at support@drais.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bike, maintenance, and safety information
Drais provides tracking, reminders, estimates, and organizational tools. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection, product recall checks, manufacturer guidance, road‑safety judgment, or local law. You are responsible for maintaining your bicycle safely and deciding whether it is fit to ride.
Integrations
You may choose to connect third‑party services such as activity platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Drais may stop, change, or limit an integration if the provider changes its API, policies, pricing, or availability.
Community and marketplace rules
If you use community, chat, club, group ride, forum, or marketplace features, you agree not to post illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or spam content. Marketplace listings, trades, sales, meetups, and rides are between users. Drais may moderate, remove, restrict, or report content where needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
User content
You keep ownership of content you add to Drais — bike records, photos, service notes, posts, listings, and messages. You grant Drais the limited rights needed to host, display, sync, back up, process, and operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Paid features
Drais may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, billing intervals, trial rules, renewal terms, cancellation flows, taxes, and refunds will be shown before purchase and may also be governed by the relevant app store or payment provider.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Drais, interfere with security or sync systems, scrape the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, attempt unauthorized access, harass users, or use Drais to facilitate fraud, theft, or unsafe activity.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Drais is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect synchronization, or error‑free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drais is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unsafe riding decisions, incorrect maintenance, user transactions, third‑party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Termination
You may stop using Drais at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for other users, or use the service unlawfully.
